My favorite healthy snacks

Hi everyone! For today’s blog post, I’m going to talk about my favorite healthy snacks. As some of you may know, I am a full-time college student, and when I get stressed out over homework and exams, I like to snack a little to ease my stress. Since it’s not easy trying to maintain a healthy diet when you’re going to school full-time, I looked into healthier alternatives to junk food that are not only better in nutrition and taste just as good as regular junk food, but don’t destroy your diet. To maintain a heathy diet, i’ll eat Skinny Pop, Larabars (banana chocolate chip is my favorite flavor), Pop Corners, Justin’s vanilla almond butter with celery or apples and Enlightened ice cream (I’ll eat half a pint one or two night a week and it tastes so much better than Halo Top). I don’t just eat these snacks because they’re healthy and delicious, but they’re also my go-to snacks and keep me satisfied throughout the school week. You can find them at your local grocery store.
